Gambling? I’m In! Game design Contest

Design a new game using The Rouges and Warriors deck, and/or up to 5 six-sided dice per player. If the game you design is selected, you will win $50, a free copy of the final versions of The Red Dragon Inn: Gambling I’m In! and The Red Dragon Inn 3 (projected release date Summer 2010) and get a credit in the rules next to your game!

Games will be judged on originality and playability (we are looking for games that are substantially different then the 5 games currently in The Red Dragon Inn: Gambling I’m In!). Games should include any variants that you think make the game interesting.

But wait, there’s more! We also want to see if you can come up with new variants for the existing games. If you submit a variant and it is selected you will get a credit in the rules and will be entered into a drawing for a free copy of the final version of The Red Dragon Inn: Gambling I’m In!

Games and Variant must be sent no later than October 15th 2009. Send entries to: rdi_games@slugfestgames.com

If we receive multiple similar design ideas the first submitted idea will be credited with the idea, so get your games and variants in early! There may be any number of winners, biased on the quality of the games and variants submitted.
